The Galaxy S7 was one of the first big launches at the annual tech extravaganza, at which Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg was rolled out to make a surprise appearance during the launch.
Much of the promotional material created by Samsung has taken the form of video content, which it has shared through its social media channels.
Samsung has also created an ad to promote all the latest devices in the Galaxy portfolio in a piece that looks back at innovation over the years.
#TheNextGalaxy was one of the top organic trends on Twitter during the Sunday evening launch, and Samsung has paid for this hashtag to be promoted on Monday.
So far the announcement of the Galaxy range has been covered by all major publications worldwide including the BBC, Sky News and all the nationals in the UK. Prominent technology publications from The Verge through to Tech Radar have also been posting hands-on reviews of the device ahead of its release date on 11 March.
