Havas Worldwide Singapore today revealed that PR and comms unit Siren has been fully integrated into its network.

Siren founder and shareholder, Karen Flynn, will leave Siren and Havas at the end of January when she relocates to the UK.

Flynn has sold her shares in Siren to Havas to complete the integration and no longer has any stake in the agency.

"It's the right time - the team's capabilities and strengths compliment Havas Worldwide and together they will be a hard agency to beat this year," Flynn said.

Siren’s general manager Anna Chew will takeover from Flynn and oversee the agency’s operations.

Havas acquired Siren in November 2011. In that time Siren expanded its footprint into Indonesia and brought Chew on board last September.

Havas said the move will see its group offer PR, creative, planning, social marketing and content development all under one roof in Singapore.

Siren’s 14 staff have been effective in winning new comms work, and Havas will be able to further make use of its specialist PR and social capabilities now that it is fully integrated.

Levent Guenes, Havas Worldwide Southeast Asia CEO, said: "The Siren team will now work fully integrated with the creative team at Havas Worldwide maintaining their identity and expertise in the PR specific categories across all of SE Asia and provide their capabilities to existing and new clients.

"Karen has been a great professional and fantastic business partner over the past five years and I wish her all the best".
