For January’s cover story, PRWeek goes inside the police departments of five major cities – Atlanta, Georgia; Baltimore, Maryland; Ferguson, Missouri; Los Angeles, California; and Seattle, Washington – to explore how law enforcement officials are communicating with communities that often do not trust the police.
