Paris attacks prompt war of words over refugees

Russia: Bomb brought down passenger jet over Egypt
Authorities in Russia said Tuesday morning that a bomb brought down a Metrojet plane over Egypt last month, killing the more than 200 on board. Russian President Vladimir Putin has promised to punish those responsible.

Volkswagen October numbers take a hit in Europe

Bush loses paid media edge to Rubio
As if his recent free fall in the polls wasn’t bad enough, Jeb Bush is paying more for TV ads than rival Marco Rubio and getting less exposure, according to Politico. Bush’s team will put down $5 million more than his Sunshine State competitor in the four earliest voting states, with fewer ads shown.
