MSLGroup hires Julie Jack for New York corporate practice

She is reporting to the firm's New York MD, Andrew Silver.

NEW YORK: MSLGroup has brought on Julie Jack, previously a senior director in APCO Worldwide’s New York office, as SVP in its New York corporate practice, the firm said on Thursday.

She will report to Andrew Silver, the agency’s MD of New York.

Jack joined APCO 10 years ago and previously worked as a director in Burson-Marsteller’s corporate responsibility and public affairs practice, according to her LinkedIn profile. She has also held positions at Showtime Networks, Wirthlin Worldwide, and the American Forest & Paper Association.

MSLGroup recently hired George Conboy as SVP and strategic planning director and Curt Kundred as MD for the Western region and global head of strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

It also hired Ron Guirguis as its US chief executive in September, replacing Paul Newman, who left the agency at the beginning of August. Guirguis reports to global CEO Guillaume Herbette, who replaced Olivier Fleurot as the firm’s chief executive this year.
