PRWeek reported in April that Bupa was looking to appoint one or two agencies for a two-part brief.

Yesterday it was announced that FTI Consulting had won the financial comms part of the account, taking over from Brunswick, which had held the account for the past ten years.

Another Word, which is based in London and was launched in August by former Lexis duo Lynda Redington and Nichola Mughal, have taken on the creative remit, a new brief, and will deliver a series of campaign briefs for Bupa as part of an ongoing contract.

The agency will support Bupa's corporate affairs team on proactive corporate campaigns covering workplace health, aged care and innovation in healthcare.

Stephen Bethel, director of external relations at Bupa, said: "Another Word impressed us with the quality of its thinking, tackling our strategic comms challenges with standout creativity."

Another Word joint managing director Redington said: "We are delighted to welcome Bupa as a client. It is a hugely impressive business and is a rightful authority across a broad spectrum of global health challenges."
