Carlsberg UK internal comms chief heads to organisational development consultancy

Rich Baker has moved from his role as head of internal comms at Carlsberg UK to join organisational development consultancy andpartnership.

Baker is establishing a new division at the firm that will provide advice to clients on their internal comms and employee engagement activities.

He joined andpartnership from the brewer earlier this month. Prior to his 18-month stint at Carlsberg, he had also worked for McDonald's and Virgin Trains, and recently became central region director at the Institute of Internal Communication.

David Tomkinson, director and founder of andpartnership, said: "I’m delighted Rich is joining andpartnership to strengthen our already successful offering. We’re bridging the gap between strategic HR, organisational development and communications to give our clients a joined-up solution that delivers maximum benefits in this increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world."

Andpartnership’s clients include Asos, Superdry, Aldermore Bank, National Trust and Dudley Council.
