PCM Healthcare acquired by Cogora

Medical education and comms agency PCM Healthcare has been acquired by media and marketing services group Cogora. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. PCM Healthcare co-founders Alisa Pearlstone and Rob Miller will continue to lead the business post-acquisition, and the company will remain in its London Docklands offices.
