Johnson King was acquired by Finn Partners a year ago. Johnson King had staff in London, who have now moved into Finn's new London office, while its German and French offices have now rebranded as Finn Partners Ltd.

The move sees Finn Partners’ London offering become a team of 25 PR and social specialists, led by European managing partner Chantal Bowman-Boyles, with Claire Ayles and Flora Haslam from Johnson King overseeing the technology practice as managing directors.

Finn Partners was founded in the US four years ago by Peter Finn, previously co-CEO of Ruder Finn. Following the merger the agency has 500 employees in 12 offices in the UK, US, France, Germany and Israel.

Johnson King was launched in 1992, and has clients including cyber security firm Nettitude, mailing solution business Neopost and networking specialist Silver Peak. Finn Partners' clients include home automation gadget Piper, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, education technology specialist Rosetta Stone and VoIP service Vonage.

Bowman-Boyles said: "This past year we’ve brought the skills and expertise of our two teams together and are delighted at the growth we’ve had as an organisation. We’re excited to at last be moving into the same building where we can all work together to deliver great results for our clients."
