Lucas will help to grow Ogilvy's corporate practice, supporting new business, the development of new specialisms and talent management. He will also work across a portfolio of brands including Beko, United Nations and Essentra.
He joins from Blue Rubicon where he was an associate director and led some of the agency’s biggest accounts across FMCG and sport, including Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Sainsbury’s, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and eBay.
Lucas is also a media trainer and has worked alongside Shell, GlaxoSmithKline and DNV to strengthen their messaging, corporate narrative and media performances. Before turning to PR, Lucas worked as a journalist and producer for the BBC and Sky News.
In his new role Lucas will report in to Adam Powell, head of corporate and public affairs, London.
Powell said: "Ogilvy PR London’s corporate practice has expanded exponentially over the past 12 months, and as we continue to add global powerhouse brands to our portfolio we have been working to grow our world class team alongside, with that in mind. I am thrilled to welcome Jeremy to the Ogilvy PR family."
