Lowdown: Customers only want authentic social content

Findings from a recent Social@Ogilvy/SurveyMonkey survey.

Social@Ogilvy and SurveyMonkey found in research across 11 countries that more customers are interacting with brands on social media channels. Yet customers in three out of four BRIC countries - China, India, and Brazil - are more likely to interact than those in the US.
