iMend has a team of nationwide engineers who are on call to visit people’s home or work, to carry out a range of phone and tablet repairs from cracked screens to broken buttons and faulty batteries.
Diffusion has been tasked with positioning the company as the first point of call for consumers looking for rapid and convenient on-site mobile device repairs. The agency will promote the brand to UK consumer, technology and lifestyle media through a series of creative campaigns and bloggers.
iMend was founded by technology entrepreneur Keir McConomy at the end of 2014 and it is now processing up to 700 repairs a week, with a network of 150 repair technicians across the country.
