HONG KONG: Chinese food brand Lee Kum Kee Group has appointed Daylight Partnership to manage its global Facebook presence, following a competitive pitch.

Daylight is charged with transforming Lee Kum Kee’s presence on the world’s most popular social media platform into a global resource for engagement with its customers on all major continents.

Daylight Partnership's managing director David Ko said: "Lee Kum Kee is a household name that carries deep sentimental value for lovers of Chinese cuisine the world over, yet is modern and hip enough to remain relevant and connected to a younger generation. That is a tough balancing act that requires a constant re-examination of insights about its target audiences across generations and localities."

Daylight will focus on creating engaging content across formats ranging from immersive video to infographics and Instagram-ready photography.
