Palm PR, which won the brief following a three-way competitive pitch, is to spearhead a campaign across consumer and trade media to raise awareness of its ranges throughout the UK.
V&H currently supplies four million pieces of mochi (rice cakes) a year to Japanese restaurants including Bone Daddies, Tonkotsu and Shoryu Ramen. The company produces two forms of mochi, one of which (Tsuki Mochi) was recently launched at Selfridges and another (Little Moons) at Whole Foods.
"Expanding with an on-shelf product line is central to the company’s plans for growth," Palm PR stated.
