NEW YORK: Deloitte is acquiring substantially all of the assets of LRA Worldwide, a firm that measures customer experience. LRA joins Deloitte Advisory, a risk and financial advisory practice, to provide enhanced brand and reputation risk measurement services, and will operate under the name LRA by Deloitte.

NEW YORK: Lissette Rodriguez has launched Chic Influence, a PR firm specializing in building influence with the US Hispanic market, while simultaneously bringing client stories to the mainstream forefront. The agency launches with two clients: Being Latino, a social media marketing firm targeting Hispanic Millennials, and celebrity hairstylist and makeup artist Gabriel Samra. Rodriguez was previously SVP at DeVries Global.

NEW YORK: Global Strategy Group has appointed Dana Yeganian as SVP. Based in the firm’s New York office, Yeganian will lead communications and public affairs campaigns. In addition, she will focus on overseeing client engagements and business development. She joins Global Strategy Group from Capstrat, where she had been employed since 2007 in various roles. Most recently, Yeganian served as an EVP and MD for client services at Capstrat, overseeing the firm’s practice areas in public affairs, energy, healthcare, technology, and professional services. She also led the agency’s work with clients such as Duke Energy.

MADRID: Spanish-owned agency Llorente & Cuenca has brought in French private equity firm MBO Partenaires as a financial partner. The firm plans to use the partnership to help it grow via acquisitions in Latin America, Spain, and Portugal. MBO Partenaires has taken over 22% of Llorente & Cuenca and injected $7.14 million to the capital of the company.
