NEW YORK: Portland appointed Sebastian Schwark as director and head of its New York office. He is replacing Charles McLean, now the head of Portland’s Doha office, and is reporting to David MacKay, partner and GM of Portland US.

ARDEN HILLS, MI: Land O’Lakes has hired Kim Olson as CCO, effective July 20. She will lead strategic development, direction, and implementation of corporate communications programs. Olson was previously chief marketing and communications officer at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.
