SSW listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market last month. Walbrook worked on the IPO, which raised £2.25m.
The agency will manage comms with the financial media, research analysts and investors on behalf of SSW. Investors include Nick Candy, who owns 10.9 per cent of the shares, and Chris Akers, who owns 3.7 per cent. SSW CEO Andrew Walwyn and chief technology officer Simon Clifton own 15.8 per cent and 10.2 per cent respectively.

Walbrook PR said it expected to have the second largest number of AIM-listed clients of any PR agency following its merger with Winningtons in April this year.
