SAN FRANCISCO: Bill Orr has left his West Coast market leader post at Burson-Marsteller to join independent PR and marketing firm Double Forte as EVP and chief strategy officer.

It said his "broad experience delivering strategic thinking and effective creative implementations, coupled with his entrepreneurial spirit and incredible client-focused attitude, match our values."

Hiring Orr, it added, will allow Double Forte to become "a smart, aggressive agency that can match a client’s unwavering need for strategy, storytelling, and creative execution."
