The social analytics firm said 7,000 people had tweeted their voting preferences so far with 2,500 claiming to have voted Labour, compared with 780 saying they voted Conservative.
A little over 1,000 people have tweeted that they voted Green today while around 900 said they voted for UKIP and a similar number said they gave their vote to the SNP.
Only 300 people, so far, have tweeted that they voted Liberal Democrat.
Robert Glaesener, chief executive of Talkwalker, said: "Labour supporters continue to be socially active to the very last minute of the election. In the UK’s most intensely socially discussed election, Labour has had by far the greatest slice of the conversation."
