NEW YORK: Ruder Finn has enhanced its employee engagement practice with a new offering that allows companies to engage current and prospective tech-savvy staffers. RF TechTalent helps clients identify, recruit, and retain technology-focused employees through a number of platforms and tools.

SAN CARLOS, CA: NatureBox has appointed former StubHub exec Ray Elias as CMO, effective May 11. He joins the food brand after 10 years at StubHub, where he also served as the marketing chief. Elias will lead the company’s marketing efforts across a number of functions, including brand, acquisition, consumer experience, and retention.

CORAL GABLES, FL: Four Seasons has brought on Cheryl Andrews Marketing as PR AOR for its Resort Navis in the Caribbean. The account is being led by president Cheryl Andrews, VP Claire Kunzman, and account executive Melissa Benhaim, who previously worked for Four Seasons.

CHICAGO: Motion PR has expanded to a larger office in Chicago to accommodate the firm’s growth. The agency, which grew 110% between 2013 and 2014, has recently hired former Edelman staffer Wheatley Marshall as SVP. Some recently promotions include Nellie Lopez to assistant account executive; Cory Zielke to senior account executive; and Blair Hickey to account executive.
