Ignite PR beat three agencies to secure the new account, with the length of the retainer undisclosed.
Dave Richards, company director at Ignite PR, said the PR plan is to attract young, single men and women in the UK via a national consumer campaign.
He told PRWeek: "This will encompass promoting exciting news about the company, success stories, co-ordinating a launch event and ongoing events across the UK."
2RedBeans is a Chinese dating website, which has amassed 500,000 users across the US and Canada.
The California-based firm believes the UK has untapped potential with 60,000 Chinese undergraduates starting in 2014 alone.
Will Bunker, founder of Match.com, is also advising 2RedBeans.
