Aberfield wins six-way pitch for QHotels chain

QHotels, a luxury hotel chain, has appointed Aberfield Communications to handle PR for the brand and its range of 27 four- and five-star hotels across the UK.

The account was previously held by Weber Shandwick for four years.

Aberfield will build brand awareness in the conference and events sector, as well as providing media support to the individual hotels.

The QHotels portfolio includes the five-star Cameron House Hotel at Loch Lomond, The Midland Hotel in Manchester, Dunston Hall in Norfolk and Norton Park in Hampshire.

The group was recently named Hotel Group of the Year 2014-15 in the AA Hospitality Awards.
