Last month PRWeek reported that Dirty Martini was undergoing a review of its PR function, looking at options including bringing the role in-house or appointing a new agency.
Previously, Lucre has worked on the Dirty Martini account as well as for other brands owned by CG Restaurants, including Fire & Stone. The relationship ended by mutual agreement earlier this year.
Dirty Martini has bars in London's Covent Garden, Bishopsgate, Hanover Square, Monument and St Paul's.
PRWeek understands that House has been appointed to work on two projects for the brand.
The process is being led by Jackie Ellis, sales and marketing director at CG Restaurants.
House PR and Ellis declined to comment.
