BT appoints Smarts Communicate as retained PR agency in Northern Ireland

BT has hired Smarts Communicate to manage its media relations, public affairs and deliver b2b and consumer campaigns in Northern Ireland, following a pitch.

The account was previously held by Aiken PR.

Smarts Communicate is based in Belfast and operates in the UK and Ireland. The agency recently won the retained account for Lidl in Northern Ireland, as the retailer plans to expand in the country.
