Griffiths, who took up his role this week, will lead the agency’s digital offer and provide senior strategic digital leadership across all its divisions.
He has more than 10 years' experience in the digital space and was previously digital team lead at Care UK, where he led all digital marketing activity, among other tasks.
Before this, Griffiths was digital media director for 20:20, since renamed Jaywing, and has worked at agencies including Crafted Media and Latitude, as well as working in a consultative role for Oxfam.
He said: "Healthcare and wellbeing are rapid-growth areas online, with huge appetite for digital resources and increasingly digital audiences. I’m keen to ensure that our clients present the right content to the right audience, in the most engaging format, via the most effective channel."
