WASHINGTON: John Stauffer will join APCO Worldwide this month as co-lead of its StudioOnline practice and lead digital strategist in its Washington, DC, office. He previously worked at Social@Ogilvy as regional strategy director.

MINNEAPOLIS: PadillaCRT has hired Jennifer Iwanicki as VP of creative operations in its Minneapolis headquarters. She will oversee operations, project management, and production across its creative design and digital team. Iwanicki previously worked at Olson.

WASHINGTON: Spanish communications consultancy Inforpress has opened offices in Washington, DC, and Brussels in an effort to consolidate its position in institutional relations and PR, it said in a statement. Javier Salgado will manage the Inforpress team in Washington.

NEW YORK: Fastlane Communications has acquired Winning Message, a Los Angeles-based brand positioning, lead generation, and content marketing firm. Winning Message principal Kevin Levi was named partner and MD at Fastlane, and Winning Message will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and Fastlane’s West Coast operation.
