Carlsberg UK restructures corporate affairs team

Carlsberg UK has restructured its corporate affairs team with two senior internal appointments.

Andrew Roache: Moves from external comms manager to head of external affairs

Andrew Roache, formerly external comms manager, takes the role of head of external affairs, with responsibility for business and trade comms, industry affairs and CSR.

Richard Baker, formerly internal comms manager, assumes increased strategic responsibilities across internal comms and employee engagement as head of internal comms.

Roache and Baker will continue to report to corporate affairs director Bruce Ray, a member of Carlsberg’s UK executive team.

Ray said: "Since joining the business both Andrew and Richard have had enormous influence on how we communicate with our people and external stakeholders. Our vision is to be the UK’s best beer and beverage business and 2015 will see us deliver innovation across our beer and beverage portfolio and investment in the ways we engage with our customers and consumers."
