Greenbrook hires Sunday Times journalist Matthew Goodman as a consultant

Financial comms agency Greenbrook has appointed former Sunday Times journalist Matthew Goodman as a consultant.

Goodman has spent the past 13 years at The Sunday Times writing about a range of issues, including the private equity, leisure and pharmaceutical sectors.

His appointment is the third new hire for the agency this month following that of David Trenchard, vice-chairman of investment firm Knight Vinke as an advisor, and Alex Jones, former Preqin private equity specialist, as a consultant.

Andrew Honnor, managing partner, said: "We are delighted that one of the UK’s most established business reporters has decided to join the firm and we look forward to welcoming him to the team. I am sure that his experience as a business journalist over many years will be of great benefit to our clients."
