Verbalisation hires advertising trio to provide full-service client offering

Comms consultancy Verbalisation has made three senior hires to provide bespoke services across marketing, advertising and political comms.

The new appointments include Damon Webb who joins as executive creative director. He previously held the same role at Tequila. Clare Rossi is joining the firm as strategy director. Her previous roles include global planning partner at Ogilvy & Mather and planning director at Grey London.

Lastly Melinda Rena is joining as business consultant. She has worked across a range of global accounts including Danone, Coca-Cola and GlaxoSmithKline. Most recently she held the position of global account director at Havas.
