Brandnation wins Wiggle online sports account

Online cycling and trisports retailer Wiggle has appointed Brandnation to handle its UK communications following a competitive pitch.

The agency has been brought in for an ongoing retainer to manage Wiggle’s UK press office for trade, specialist and consumer media, starting immediately.

Brandnation did not disclose how many other agencies it was competing against to win the account.

The brief includes a specific focus on Wiggle’s in-house brands DHB, Verenti, LifeLine, Eastway and Wiggle Nutrition as well as PR activation of Wiggle’s #goodstuff Christmas marketing campaign.
