Blair Decembrele leads communications for LinkedIn's influencer and member content program, aimed at inspiring the business network's members to be better professionals. Launched two years ago, the content program marked a strategy shift for the business network, moving away from its roots as a place for headhunters and job seekers and taking on a more Facebook-like dimension, where users share and engage with content. This year the program expanded beyond business personalities, such as Michael Bloomberg and Richard Branson, to include any member who applies.
Decembrele has a strong track record in media relations and strategy, having joined LinkedIn almost two years ago from women's publisher Meredith Communications.
