Having seen off the likes of House PR and Bray Leino in a pitch process, TVC will now will handle the company’s PR and digital comms strategy for the region.
Activities highlighted as areas for development are trade show presence, ambassador activation, international press office functions and event-led PR.
The appointment comes three months after Turtle Wax was involved in a legal battle with UK rival Dodo Juice over a hashtag both had used in competitions.
TVC's team will include international MD Adam Clyne, as well as account director Daniel Sayles and account manager Moira Kan.
Clyne said: "Turtle Wax is such an iconic brand that everyone knows and loves, so we are obviously delighted to have won the account.
"We are developing a programme of activity that will include sponsorship activation, expanding the brand’s digital footprint and press office techniques which will bring Turtle Wax’s strong and varied product offering closer to consumer attention."
The pitch process was handled by the PRCA broker service, FAPRA, and Turtle Wax brand consultant Rachel Gibbons.
Gibbons said: "All the agency submissions we received were of exceptionally high quality, and each agency had something slightly different to offer in terms of core strengths - it was a very difficult choice to make - but in the end we went with TVC due to their content and strategy expertise."
