Halpern beats three to luxury Dubai resort retained account

Dubai luxury resort Atlantis, The Palm, has appointed Halpern to raise its UK consumer profile following a competitive four-way pitch.

Halpern has been tasked with positioning the resort as a top holiday destination and driving sales within the UK.

The account will be headed up by Halpern director Clare Woodford, who will report to Shareena Ali, director of PR at the resort.

Jen Burner, managing director at Halpern, said: "The resort’s multifaceted luxury and adventure offerings really do differentiate the resort from its competitors, and we look forward to being part of the team crafting and creating activity that celebrates the overall vision of the brand."

Separately, Halpern has hired two associate directors to its consumer lifestyle team. Laura Watts arrives from Hotels.com and Laura McTurk joins from Fever PR.
