Eve Stevens is a woman with her finger on the pulse of the PR industry and a leader in the field of analytics and measurement.
For five years straight, she has driven double-digit growth of Waggener Edstrom Worldwide’s insight and analytics business, building it from just five to more than 50 analysts with established practices worldwide.She has developed and managed measurement and analytics initiatives for a range of industries and client groups over the years,including public affairs, corporate and crisis communications, telecommunications, health solutions, enterprise, and consumer and retail technology. She also created and implemented methods for measuring the effectiveness of communications that have been adopted by Fortune 500 companies and led to the development of integrated approaches to communications and market impact measurement.
A true innovator, she has been a key player in the development and execution of the agency’s successful research and measurement tools, including WExPulse, Twendz Pro, Social Graph, and Ripple Effect. Stevens has also created training for the agency’s communications staff, designed to help boost their knowledge of research and measurement and incorporate it into their day-to-day work. She has led key research and measurement industry groups and is actively involved in the development of industry standards.
She was a founding member of the SocialMedia Conclave, an organization that brings the brightest minds in the industry together to drive social media measurement standardization and best practice.
