Rocket Dog specialises in casual sandals and wedges, influenced by its southern California roots. The brand, which originated in California, has an increasing following across Europe.
The brand opened a pitch process after incumbent agency AJ PR owner Alison Lawton closed the agency to work in-house as the company’s head of European marketing.
Lawton said that heading up the pitch process was exciting: "I knew all the questions to ask because I’ve been on the other side of the process; it was a good position to be in."
The brief includes boosting awareness of Rocket Dog across UK consumer, online and trade media as well as running seasonal campaigns and developing the brand’s celebrity associations.
The account will be led by Jessie Wales, fashion associate director at Brandnation.
