The Chinese company issued an intention to float notice yesterday morning.
Kreab Gavin Anderson was initially appointed by GTS in January, in the lead-up to the IPO. The firm, which has as offices in 30 countries, including in Hong Kong and Beijing, also has staff who have previously worked in the Chinese media.
It has been given a corporate and financial comms brief, including developing messaging and content for the company’s website.
It is also working with broker SP Angel, as well as other advisers on the IPO deal in drafting documents, presentations and prospectuses.
Another part of the brief is stakeholder mapping, which involves working out with whom the company should make connections.
The PR firm will seek to work with the media and financial analysts, as well as targeting London-based correspondents in the Chinese media.
