Dove has joined from Google’s creative agency Across the Pond and has been tasked with helping grow Good Relations’ creative offering, with an emphasis on using technology to bring people and brands together.
He will sit on the executive board of the agency and report to MD Richard Moss who said that the agency is increasingly being asked by clients to develop creative work.
Moss said: "Oliver will ensure that we deliver the creatively disruptive content they need to engage audiences in our increasingly cluttered world."
Dove said: "I firmly believe that the type of creativity and thinking that invites people in and enriches their lives is the key to the future of communications."
Shaw left the agency earlier this year to join Hill+Knowlton Strategies as chief creative officer.
