PRWeek and Electric Airwaves launch reputation case study series

The reputations of Co-op, Wonga and John Lewis come under the microscope in a series of case studies created by Electric Airwaves for PRWeek.

The latest addition examines how the Co-operative Group’s reputation imploded following a number of disastrous decisions where the company destroyed what was originally a compelling and consistent corporate story.

The case studies of Wonga and John Lewis can be found on the One Story Series page and will be joined over the next few weeks by a further four examples.
