The Leeds agency has been appointed ahead of a raft of product launches, including Seabrook's first product in the premium crisp category, a lattice-cut sharing pack.
It has been tasked with driving national awareness of Seabrook’s products with a campaign that includes media relations, social media, digital and experiential.
Kevin Butterworth, marketing director at Seabrook, said it was the crisp manufacturer’s aim "to achieve significant growth in the £1.2bn crisp market this year" with Finn as its PR and social media partner.
He added: "Finn really stood out to us as an agency that understands the huge growth opportunity for the brand and the role that PR can play in that growth. Added to that, Finn’s more commercial approach to PR was just what we were looking for to help accelerate our business into its next phase of growth."
Richard Rawlins, managing director and founder of Finn, said: "Finn has extensive experience with national FMCG brands so Seabrook is right in our sweet spot but more than that, our more commercial approach to PR is one that fits its brief perfectly."
Finn’s existing clients include Morphy Richards, Quorn Foods, Fab Ice Lollies, Taylors of Harrogate, the BBC and All About Food, which licenses brands such as Nando’s and PizzaExpress.
