The suite of tools include cross-device voter-file and individual targeting, metrics-driven ad design, competitive ad tracking, enhanced ad exposure, video ad accountability, and premium matched inventory.

The company’s goal is to ensure ads are effectively measured by giving each a utility score to measure impact and efficiency.
