WPP agency Cohn & Wolfe has won the public relations mandate for Lufthansa German Airlines in India for three years.
The account was won after a multi-agency pitch that lasted over five months, according to an agency statement.
CNC Communications & Network Consulting had previously handled the brief.
"It was a tough decision, as many agencies had made nice proposals, but Cohn & Wolfe brought with them unique insights based on deep research that mapped how we had been communicating in India," said Wolfgang Will, director for South Asia at Lufthansa. "They offered unique and creative brand communication ideas that made us choose them as our communication partner in India."
