The rapidly growing company has hired Cohn & Wolfe for Italy, France and Spain; Edelman for Russia and Poland; and LVTPR for the Netherlands.
Mischief is taking over from JPW Communications, which has worked on the UK account since June 2012.
The hires come as Skyscanner looks to double its staff from 250 to 500 this year amid ambitious growth plans assisted by the backing of venture capital group, which last autumn took a stake that valued the company at £493m.
The company also recently sought to position itself as a market authority with the release of a report compiled in conjunction with The Future Laboratory looking at the future of travel.
Skyscanner confirmed the hires but declined to comment further, while JPW stated that it "didn’t lose the account" and "parted company amicably" with the client.
