WPP government comms practice to call on Ogilvy, H+K and B-M resources

WPP has launched a new cross-disciplinary Government & Public Sector Practice that will be supported by Ogilvy, Burson-Marsteller and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.

The new government communications offering will give public sector organisations a single point of access to WPP’s combined resources, bringing together multidisciplinary teams of agencies to meet clients’ needs.

Areas of activity will include communications for development and public policy, public sector recruitment, country branding and tourism, trade and investment marketing and digital government. 

Other PR agencies from across the WPP group may also become involved over time.

The practice will be led by Dr Michelle Harrison, who is also chief executive of social research agency TNS BMRB.
