H+K Strategies buys Asian digital creative agency Rice5

Hill+Knowlton Strategies is to acquire a Hong Kong and Shanghai-based agency that delivers digital creative work for clients including L'Oreal and Rayban.

Rice5 was founded in 2003 and made revenues of HK$16.6m (£1.29m) in the year to 31 December 2013.
