CloudSense, a cloud software company, has tasked Whiteoaks and its affiliate North American agency PAN Communications with implementing a PR strategy to support global growth.
The agencies will work together on strategic and creative campaigns to boost awareness of CloudSense's cloud software and differentiate it in a competitive market.
The London-headquartered tech firm, founded in 2009, provides cloud software to organisations and businesses such as the BBC and O2.
The appointment follows a four-way pitch, in which "both agencies clearly demonstrated a strong working chemistry, which was important to us, and their energy, creativity and understanding of our market shone through," said CloudSense PR manager Nicola Renshaw.
She added: "We view this PR partnership as a fundamental one to support CloudSense's business growth and specifically entry into new global markets. Having just opened an office late last year in the US, we needed to capitalise on this momentum and work with someone that could drive it forward. We are excited to get going."
