Edelman taps Coca-Cola Enterprises HR chief

Edelman has appointed Coca-Cola Enterprises VP of human resources Nigel Miller to a dual role in which he will help both the agency and clients with employee communications.

LONDON: Edelman has appointed Coca-Cola Enterprises VP of human resources Nigel Miller to a dual role in which he will help both the agency and clients with employee communications.

Miller is joining Edelman as co-chair for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States for employee engagement, which involves working with clients. His role as global director of Edelman Talent Engagement will cover his agency duties.

Miller will co-chair the employee-engagement practice with Nick Howard and will focus on developing it outside the UK.

In the Edelman Talent Engagement role, he will work alongside chief talent officer Claudia Patton.

Miller has previously held roles at Labatt Brewing in Toronto, Labatt parent company Anheuser Busch InBev in Belgium, and at agencies.

Edelman Europe & CIS chief executive Michael Stewart said Miller will help the agency achieve its strategy of organic and non-organic growth in the region.

“He will play a critical role in ensuring Edelman's culture and values are maintained as we continue to scale,” said Stewart.
