Text 100 UK MD Dan Baxter lands Coca-Cola comms role

Text 100 UK MD Dan Baxter has stepped down from the agency to take up the role of group communications director for soft drinks company Coca-Cola across the Eurasian and African regions.

The agency is understood to have appointed an as yet unnamed internal candidate from one of its global offices who is likely to start in August, but until then Baxter's duties will be subsumed by the agency’s EMEA regional director Cecile Missildine.

Baxter is understood to have left the agency at the start of the year, but his departure has only just been confirmed by Text 100.

He has been MD of the Text 100 London office for three and a half years and took the position following the departure of previous MD Kirsty Leighton.

Prior to his role at Text 100, Baxter was vice-president at Next Fifteen Communications Group and associate director at Catalysis.
