Next 15 increases stake in start-up digital marketing consultancy Agent3

Next 15 has boosted its stake in Agent3, a digital marketing consultancy, from 45 per cent to 54 per cent.

The original investment in Agent3 was made in January, but the increase came as part of Agent3's acquisition of a market research business, Continuous Insight, on 14 February.

Continuous Insight provides customer and market insight to b2b clients in the IT, telecoms and professional services sectors and made £1.5m in revenue in the 10 months to January 2014.
