LONDON: Edelman has appointed Niaz Samadizadeh as its first head of sponsored content and media partnerships in the UK.
Samadizadeh spent the past 16 years working for CNBC, where he was most recently head of creative solutions.
Previously, he was head of news, where he managed CNBC EMEA.
“As marketing disciplines converge and storytelling increasingly becomes the new advertising, paid content is a great way to supercharge the earned and owned content we work with clients to create,” said Jo Sheldon, Edelman executive director for media strategy.
