Weber appoints public affairs chief in Beijing

BEIJING, CHINA: Weber Shandwick has hired Hong Qu to be its chief consultant for public affairs and government relations in China.

BEIJING, CHINA: Weber Shandwick has hired Hong Qu to be its chief consultant for public affairs and government relations in China. He will be based in Beijing.

Qu most recently worked as Burson-Marsteller China's director and chief consultant of government relations and public policy. He also served as a government official for more than seven years in China's Ministry of Commerce.
